Scope of the Role As a Senior Marketing Specialist you will be the day to day lead across a portfolio of clients accounts spanning ecommerce, retail and a mix of other industries. You will own the client relationships, contribute to performance marketing strategy and ensure campaigns are delivering real results. This is a role for someone who is organised, commercially minded and confident managing multiple clients without dropping the ball. You will be supported by a team that collaborates closely and a leadership group that is genuinely invested in helping you reach the next level. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 4–6+ client accounts across ecommerce, retail and mixed industries Lead day to day client communications and maintain strong, trusted relationships Oversee performance marketing activity across accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimised and on strategy (Google and Meta mostly) Contribute to strategic planning and campaign development for key clients Monitor performance, prepare reports and translate data into clear insights and recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to deliver work that exceeds client expectations Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts What We're Looking For? 4-5 years in a digital agency or similar environment Advanced skills on Meta and Google accounts (PPC and SEM) Strong relationship and rapport building Someone who's resilient and wants to grow personally and professionally Good with analytics and is a numbers and data person! Agency experience will be highly regarded.
