We have partnered with a global organisation providing advanced technologies that help manufacturers optimise production, improve efficiency, and enable more sustainable operations. We are urgently looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support their Perth team on-site on a part-time, temporary ongoing basis. Reporting to the Local Territory Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Sales Team and be the "go-to" support person for the wider team. Responsibilities Be the first-point of contact – welcome visitors and support customer interactions and enquiries. Assist with weekly sales and planning meetings. Maintain accurate customer/vendor data on Salesforce and SAP. Assist with coordinating shipments, couriers, and event materials. Manage office supplies and assist with vendor coordination. Assist HR with onboarding and off‑boarding. Support facilities and office requirements. Qualifications Experience in a Sales Admin/Office Support role (ideally in manufacturing, mining, facilities, or tech industry). Must have experience with SAP and Salesforce (highly desirable). Strong attention to detail and time management. Confident communicator, customer-focused, team‑oriented. Self‑driven, organised, and comfortable working independently.
