Job Description Lead client engagements providing indirect tax advice and solutions on GST, stamp duty and land tax to a diverse portfolio of clients including family groups, trusts and partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and mid-market companies. Drive growth of the Brisbane practice while collaborating nationally with teams across the nation. Play a key active role in building and maintaining strong client relationships and business development, including engaging in BD pursuits, participation in networking events and presentations on topical indirect tax issues/developments. Work with a Personal Development Manager on your career growth and personal goals. Grow as a mentor and develop leadership skills, overseeing and developing team members, encouraging their continued professional development. How are you extraordinary? You are able to digest, distill and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal forms. You are able to oversee high-quality client-ready deliverables and present to the senior leadership team for review. Your Experience Extensive experience in Stamp Duty, Land, and/or GST. Background in leading professional services, accounting, legal firms or government revenue bodies. Demonstrate an ability to manage engagements and deliver clear, commercial advice. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills will be key as you develop relationships with key stakeholders among our clients. A client centric approach and ability to understand your clients’ business. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications such as CA or CPA (or equivalent).
