As an Account Director – Growth, you will play a critical role in expanding Fabulate’s market presence and driving revenue growth across new and existing markets. Your focus will be on identifying and unlocking new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and establishing Fabulate as a key partner for brands and agencies. You will lead market entry initiatives, grow our footprint within priority verticals, and work closely with internal teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions. This is a senior, commercially focused role for someone who thrives on building from the ground up and turning opportunity into sustained growth. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion & Growth Identify and lead entry into new markets, verticals, and client segments Develop and execute growth strategies to expand Fabulate’s footprint Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and partnerships New Business Development Proactively originate and convert high-value opportunities with brands and agencies Position Fabulate as a strategic partner through compelling, insight-led proposals Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to close Strategic Account Leadership Establish and grow relationships with senior stakeholders across key accounts Identify opportunities to expand scope, increase spend, and deepen partnerships Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Fabulate’s capabilities with client growth objectives Campaign & Solution Development Work with strategy, creative, and platform teams to design impactful, scalable campaigns Ensure solutions are commercially sound and deliver measurable outcomes Bring a strong point of view on how to leverage creators, content, and data to drive results Market & Industry Leadership Leverage your network and industry expertise to open doors and build credibility Stay ahead of trends in media, marketing, and influencer ecosystems Represent Fabulate externally and help position the business as a category leader Data & Commercial Performance Use data and insights to demonstrate ROI and inform growth strategies Track performance across markets and accounts to identify expansion opportunities Maintain strong commercial discipline across pipeline, forecasting, and revenue delivery The Ideal Candidate Proven Growth Experience 4+ years experience in business development, sales, or account leadership within media, marketing, or technology Strong track record of driving new business and entering new markets Commercial & Strategic Mindset Ability to identify, shape, and close complex opportunities Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels Relationship Builder Established network across brands, agencies, or the broader marketing ecosystem Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building new revenue streams from scratch Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Analytical & Insight-Led Confident using data to inform decisions and build compelling commercial narratives Adaptable & Collaborative Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Works effectively across teams to bring opportunities to life #J-18808-Ljbffr
