Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse to provide clinical leadership and expert nursing care within our BlueCare residential aged care facilities across the Sunshine Coast region. Clinical Nurse | BlueCare | Sunshine Coast Region Responsibilities Provide expert clinical leadership and advice in the management of complex resident care needs Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of resident care plans to promote health, wellbeing and quality of life Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical assessments and documentation Support staff orientation, mentoring, clinical supervision and ongoing professional development Promote a consultative and collaborative approach to resident care planning and quality activities Assist in ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, legislation and clinical governance requirements Support accurate and timely ACFI assessments to ensure optimal funding outcomes Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, families and external stakeholders Participate in continuous quality improvement, risk management and workplace health and safety activities What makes a difference for us?
