Based in Australia, you will be a Platform Leader to drive the strategy and execution of our consulting services within heavy industries such as Mining and/or Food & Beverage. You will lead business development efforts, provide top‑tier consulting solutions, and drive capability development to ensure our clients achieve transformative business results. Your Responsibilities Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality consulting engagements that meet and exceed client expectations. Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging industry or domain expertise to help them achieve their business goals. Mentor managers and senior consultants, and lead project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive portfolio health across quality, utilization, and margin. Capability Development: Drive the development and enhancement of consulting capabilities within your platform area, ensuring our team stays ahead of industry trends and maintains a competitive edge. Shape solution approaches, standards, and reusable assets across teams.
