Overview The Investment Manager is responsible for driving negotiation outcomes in line with client KPIs and ensuring that negotiated value is implemented as agreed. As a valued member of the team, you will also drive and enhance our agency’s culture of “Never Standing Still.” Your Scope Will Include Work with the Investment Director to develop an investment approach that meets client KPIs. Collaborate with the Planning & Activation team to ensure we have clear briefs for all investment activities and challenge them according to your knowledge of the media marketplace. Advocate for Publicis product offerings and determine when they are best deployed for clients. Maintain strong, genuine relationships with media partners. Knowledge of how a media agency operates and extensive insight into media suppliers. Clear communication of information and ideas to individuals and teams. Advanced knowledge and experience with tools such as TARDIIS, Fusion, Asteriod, Nielsen, MOVE, SpectraMD, TVMap. Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and engaging with clients when required. Some experience guiding and developing a team. Attention to detail. Problem‑solving and out‑of‑the‑box thinking. Collaborative team player. Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
