Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager/Operations Supervisor based in Townsville, QLD. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring service delivery meets client expectations. The role involves supervising tasks, analyzing operational processes, and communicating effectively with staff and clients to maintain high performance. The Area Manager will also focus on optimizing workflows and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
