Job Description This permanent, full‑time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You will be supported every step of the way by a mentor and regional manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location Chipping Norton NSW, 2170 Schedule Before school care: 7 am‑9 am After school care: 1:45 pm‑6 pm Admin: 6.75 hours Total hours: 38 hours The Role As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you will lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service. Qualifications Natural leader with a passion for teaching children. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and still a big kid at heart. Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals. Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children. Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have fun.
