About The Team And Role Our Transaction Advisory Group in Australia comprises former Big 4 professionals delivering top‑tier Financial Due Diligence (FDD) for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients. We specialise in buy‑side and sell‑side engagements, focusing on quality of earnings, cash flow analysis, working capital reviews, and key business drivers. Key Responsibilities Lead FDD projects and guide your team to assess risks, deal breakers, and business strengths. Align findings with client investment strategies and industry benchmarks. Analyse financial statements to generate insights and engage with target management. Prepare deal‑focused reports and presentations, highlighting financial findings and their impact on valuation and agreements. Manage client relationships, meetings, and execution matters. Collaborate closely with Managing Directors to address engagement and transaction risks with creative solutions. Lead business development and manage engagement logistics, including billing, scope changes, and engagement letters. Develop your team and participate in recruitment. What You Bring To The Team Significant experience in a FDD role, with a background in a Big 4 environment. CPA or CA qualified. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with data analytics and visualisation software (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Willingness to travel within Australia where practical. Ability and willingness to lead teams and develop team members. Excellent stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building skills.
