Qualifications Demonstrated recent people‑leadership success within a target‑driven retail sales environment. Ability to energise and drive a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs. Leads from the front and builds rapport with a diverse and varied team. Can resolve customer issues creatively and efficiently.
