We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Surveillance Investigations Lead to join our national team, focusing on providing technical and operational support to our investigation team in order to facilitate effective management of the surveillance and online investigation process. Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, as the Investigations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and service delivery of our portfolio of personal injury claims involving motor vehicle collisions in Victoria. We are particularly interested in anyone who is looking for a transition from the field to an office based role. Key Responsibilities: Plan, oversee, and allocate all new surveillance investigations. Allocate and oversee all online investigations. Undertake urgent surveillance jobs as required Follow up with investigators and keep case management system updated on the status of investigations. Produce client invoices and process contractor invoices. Generate departmental reports and client reports, including video and logs. Review and format final reports. Approve investigator invoices and client invoices. Assist with the management of process serving jobs. Provide quality assurance for all investigation reports and offer feedback to investigators. Train and mentor new investigators as required. Recruit and onboard surveillance and online investigators. Ensure the capacity, capability, and quality of surveillance, online investigations, and process serving nationally We offer a competitive salary commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Excellent communication and report-writing abilities. Proficiency in using investigation management software (e.g., Trackops, video editing software). Ability to train and mentor new team members.
