Job Description The mandate is clear: drive growth, build capability, and elevate the commercial footprint nationally. This is a strategic leadership position, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with full ownership of: National sales performance and results Leadership of BDMs and internal sales Lead and energise a national sales team Drive new business across OEM and aftermarket channels Identify and win new customers and industry segments Expand into new regions, including building out markets from the ground up Develop strong relationships with: OEMs EPCs and industrial contractors Asset owners across key sectors Partner closely with engineering and operations to deliver tailored, high-value solutions The Successful Applicant We’re looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of delivering results and building high‑performing teams. Experience in industrial, mechanical or engineering‑led environments is essential, ideally within fans or air movement solutions. This is not a desk‑based role. You’ll be hands‑on, in the market, leading from the front, winning new business, building relationships and driving performance on the ground.
