Job Description Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is critical in driving continuous improvement across safety, health, and environmental performance. Champion and embed a proactive site-wide safety culture Lead HSE systems, compliance, audits, and improvement initiatives Manage injury management and return-to-work programs Oversee environmental compliance, including regulatory requirements Partner with leadership to integrate HSE into all operational decisions The Successful Applicant You are a hands-on and influential HSE professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and can engage stakeholders at all levels. You will bring: 5+ years' experience in HSE within FMCG or manufacturing Strong expertise in injury management and workers compensation Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills A formal qualification in Work Health & Safety What's on Offer Immediate Start to do a handover with current employee Competitive salary range of AUD - AUD + super.
