The Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic lawyer to join our Conflicts team. This role offers a varied and challenging opportunity to apply your legal skill set in a strategic, commercial setting, providing unique insight into the firm’s global clients and sectors. What you'll do Advising on the resolution of complex legal and commercial conflict problems and liaising with Partners and staff regarding conflicts issues and queries. Ensuring compliance with global sanctions and Anti‑Money Laundering obligations. Reviewing, drafting, and advising on conflict provisions in firm engagement letters, firm policies and other client agreements, including panel arrangements. What you'll bring Admitted to practice as a Solicitor (in any area of law) in Australia or another jurisdiction in which HSF Kramer operates. At least 2 years of post‑admission experience with excellent research, technical and analytical skills. A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to competing demands in a fast‑paced environment. A desire to work outside traditional private practice in an alternative legal career. Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team. Strong commercial awareness. An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
