You will partner closely with senior leaders across multiple business units, providing commercial insights, driving performance, and embedding finance into operational decision‑making. This is not a traditional, process‑driven role — success in this position comes from your ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and become a trusted advisor to General Managers. You will play a critical role in shaping financial planning, improving business performance, and driving the ongoing evolution of finance within the organisation. DUTIES Partner with business leaders to drive strategic planning and performance outcomes Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units Deliver commercial insights, scenario modelling, and financial analysis Build strong relationships with operational stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor Support investment decisions through business case development and analysis Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reporting Contribute to transformation initiatives including new systems and planning tools Analyse key drivers of performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A role Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling capability Advanced Excel skills with the ability to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions Proven ability to influence and engage non‑financial stakeholders Comfortable working in an evolving, ambiguous environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in transformation environments or project work highly regarded Background in Big 4, mid‑tier, or commercial finance roles ABOUT YOU You are a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a business‑facing role.
