Job Overview As a Digital Specialist, you will support the execution, optimisation and day‑to‑day performance of our external digital channels – including websites, social media platforms and email marketing. Your role will ensure our content is accurate, engaging and delivered seamlessly across all channels. Please note, this is a fixed‑term opportunity, providing parental leave cover until 12 June 2027. Responsibilities Support the publishing and maintenance of website, social and email content Assist in campaign delivery including landing pages, tagging, tracking and QA Support the execution and optimisation of paid and organic social campaigns (with a focus on paid performance) Support the development of content creation across social media Proactive and reactive social media monitoring, triaging and responding to comments/messages and queries, and escalating where necessary Support the execution and optimisation of search campaigns Monitor channel performance and resolve issues in a timely manner Contribute to analytics, reporting and insights to inform improvements Maintain strong administrative hygiene and accuracy across digital platforms Work closely with the Manager – Digital Channels and broader marketing teams to support campaign delivery Contribute ideas to improve digital processes, performance and user experience Requirements You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a digitally savvy operator who enjoys working across multiple priorities, takes pride in delivering quality work, and is eager to continue building your capability across digital channels.
