Responsibilities managing your team on a day-to-day basis, hiring, training and the development of your team, managing and controlling labour costs, maintaining operational policies and standard operating procedures, assisting with stock purchasing and levels, maintaining exceptional presentation and cleanliness of the store, rostering and timekeeping, reporting directly to your area manager/s and YOMG Head Office.
