What you’ll be doing Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispensing. Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance. Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable. Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time.
