Workshop Administrator – 8:6 Roster | Day Shift Only | Port Hedland Permanent Full-Time | Flights Paid from Perth or Local Port Hedland Hire | Reporting to Area Maintenance Superintendent ReGroup is currently seeking an organised and proactive Maintenance Administrator to join our high-performing team at the Port Hedland Workshop. Playing a key role in supporting both local and remote workshop operations. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide administrative support to the Port Hedland and remote project workshops Raise and receipt purchase orders; assist workshop leaders as required Reconcile invoices and ensure PO compliance for workshop purchases Help maintain the fleet service schedule (shared with Transport Administrator) Coordinate onboarding for new site-based staff including flights, accommodation, access, and inductions Run reports and assist with AMMS audits and compliance tracking Support accommodation logistics and room allocations for mechanics Assist with the rollout of new systems and process improvements What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a maintenanceadmin/coordinator role within the mining industry Strong commitment to safety and team collaboration Excellent attention to detail and admin/record-keeping skills Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Confident using systems and reporting tools Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen Must have a current driver's licence What’s on Offer: 8:6 Roster - Day Shift Only Flights paid from Perth Local Port Hedland applicants strongly encouraged to apply and will also receive a weekly housing allowance Competitive salary and long-term opportunity About Us: ReGroup has been proudly supporting Australia’s North-West for over 15 years, delivering end-to-end mining and civil solutions across the Pilbara and Kimberley.
