The Role: We are seeking experienced Part Time Security Base Controller who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. This position is to commence ASAP and is based at Macarthur Square. Role Requirements: Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable Assisting contractors with sign-in and compliance Managing CCTV cameras, tracking targets and identifying potential persons of interest Respond to alarms inside the control room and effectively manage the staff during an emergency Use of computer to lock and unlock doors across the centre Answer phone calls from customers and tenants and respond accordingly to issues they raise Apply First Aid Certificate Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control The ability to complete reports using various platforms Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate High-level problem-solving skills Ability to respond to emergency situations Valid work rights in Australia What we offer you: Reward and recognition incentives Ongoing training and development A safe and supportive working environment Career development A family-oriented culture Free uniform If you're a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a commitment to providing excellent service and would like to be part of a key onsite team, we’d love to hear from you, click ‘Apply’.
