Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the men's recovery programme. Mentor participants and lead weekly lessons. Run a 12‑Step Programme and oversee work‑skills training. Coordinate family support and assist in the starting of small business initiatives. Play a strategic role in changing the life trajectory of men towards hope and transformation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience in drug rehabilitation and cross‑cultural work. Strong mentoring and leadership skills. Fluency in spoken and written English.
