Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales. Connect and educate loyal customers on our world‑famous product. Coaching & Leadership Coach and develop a high‑performance, fun and energetic culture through hands‑on mentoring and floor leadership. Manage and lead a diverse team to success across various aspects of the store. Store Operations Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins, and opportunities. Oversee day‑to‑day store operations – prioritising and delegating duties as needed. Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy.
