The Role As Curriculum Leader, you’ll be the pedagogical guide of the service, supporting educators to deliver programs that honour every child’s voice and potential. Champion EYLF and Reggio Emilia-inspired practice. Coach educators in planning cycles and documentation. Ensure inspiring environments that reflect culture and community. Facilitate professional development and critical reflection. Partner with families and community to extend learning. Support quality improvement and assessment & rating readiness. Part‑time role, 2 days per week, Thursday and Friday only. What you’ll bring Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (preferred) or Diploma (ACECQA recognised). At least 2 years’ experience in a Lead Educator or curriculum leadership role. In‑depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry‑based learning. Strong coaching, mentoring, and reflective practice skills. Knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy and pedagogical documentation. WWCC and First Aid. Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated ‘National Child Safety Training’ via Geccko, or must be willing to obtain it prior to employment.
