Day to day you will: Strategic Partnering: Act as a key support for leaders, providing daily coaching, leadership development, and performance management guidance Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) Management: Guide leaders through complex employee issues, conflict resolution, and investigations while ensuring compliance with legislation and awards. Culture & Change: Champion organisational values and support change management initiatives to help teams navigate periods of transformation. Safety & Wellbeing: Promote psychological safety and embed our WHS framework into the fabric of the team culture. People Initiatives: Support the execution of talent mapping, succession planning, and innovative people strategies to attract and retain top talent . Qualifications What you’ll bring: Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources or Employee Relations. ER Expertise: Proven experience in managing investigations, conflict resolution, and interpreting employment laws. Influence & Coaching: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels. Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess complex situations, analyze people data, and develop practical solutions.
