About the Opportunity MinRes is seeking experienced Mining Supervisors to join our team on a 7 days on / 7 nights on / 7 days off roster (2/1), at our owner operator Lithium projects. Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will guide, mentor, and lead a crew of up to 40 operators to reach our production targets safely and on time. Responsibilities Overseeing and managing our assets, including people, plant, and equipment, to achieve operational outcomes in safety, quality, performance, efficiency, and cost. Conducting regular site inspections and daily interactions with the workforce. Providing technical and practical support to operators. Ensuring team output and KPIs are on track, in line with Company objectives. Maintaining and fostering a working environment that prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a Mining and Production Environment. Demonstrated 2 years’ supervisory experience in an open pit environment. Hold a Statutory - Schedule 26. Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives. Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero harm culture. Diploma of Surface Mining Operations (desirable).
