Role Details Currently, we are looking for an experienced Full-Time / Independent Contractor Engineer for the below requirement. Mode: Full time Contract Position Work Mode: Onsite Experience Requirement: Mandatory 5+ years experience in EUC/Desktop Support Responsibilities Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 OS, hardware, and software issues Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals Provide onsite and remote end-user support Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, and Excel Handle Active Directory tasks such as password reset, account unlock, and group management Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN and basic network connectivity issues Configure and support printers, scanners, webcams, headsets, and USB devices Support AV/Meeting room devices including Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference systems Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy Maintain proper ticket updates, documentation, and SLA compliance Coordinate asset management and hardware replacement activities Required Skills Windows 10/11 support SCCM / Intune knowledge VPN and TCP/IP troubleshooting Printer and peripheral support Basic networking knowledge BitLocker support Remote support tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer Preferred Skills Experience in VIP user support Knowledge of ITIL process Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Application If interested please share your updated resume to with Subject Line "L2 EUC/Desktop-QLD" and any references are also highly appreciated. #J-18808-Ljbffr
