You will partner with your Store Manager to coach your team, oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage financial budgets and targets, and ensure visual merchandising excellence. When the Store Manager is absent, you are the first point of contact for your team, ensuring our customers receive great in‑store service that meets the high standards of JD Sports. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Lead with a customer‑first mindset, coaching and inspiring your team to create exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty to our brand and store. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Drive the store’s performance and deliver results to financial budgets and targets, maximising sales and profitability by analysing data and reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in sales, inventory and operations. COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS With an in‑depth knowledge of retail operations, prioritise time, tasks and processes for the best return on investment.
