Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration. Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store. Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators. Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration. ASIC pass provided. Tues to Saturday roster. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store. Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store. A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success. Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets. An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising. Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
