About This Role Help shape legal decisions across government and public services. Run important tribunal and enforcement matters that affect Victorians. Fixed‑term, full‑time role for 2 years, earning $100,894 – $114,476 per year, plus super. What You Will Do As a solicitor, you will provide legal advice and support across regulatory and enforcement matters. You will work on tribunal cases, internal reviews and complex legal issues affecting government operations. You Will prepare clear legal briefings and advice for ministers, executives and business areas manage complex VCAT matters and support enforcement action act as instructing solicitor and appear before tribunals when required conduct sensitive prosecutions on behalf of the department build productive working relationships while managing competing priorities About You You must be admitted to practice as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria. You should also have at least two years of post‑admission experience.
