DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Quality Assurance Specialist in Melbourne Airport, VIC Manage, maintain and enhance DSV’s quality assurance and HSE systems, and prepare for and manage internal and external audits. Your typical day at DSV Manage, maintain, and continuously improve DSV Australia’s Quality Assurance and HSE System in accordance with company policies and ISO 9001 and ISO13485 Prepare for and manage external ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audits (including surveillance and tri-annual), ensuring timely completion and re-certification Schedule and oversee internal audits, ensuring timely execution and completion on required actions Report on the effectiveness of the Quality Management & HSE System to management and recommend improvements Provide monthly NCR and customer complaint reports and analyse rework/analyse data to support managers in achieving continual department improvement Monitor and analyse SOPs, WIs, and SWPs for deviations and optimization opportunities, including root cause analysis and reporting on key quality indicators Ensure compliance with DSV QH&S policies, operational procedures and regulatory requirements Collaborate with departments and management to set quality benchmarks and support ongoing process and service quality improvements About you Experience in Third Party Logistics or Freight Forwarding industries Working knowledge of the quality system ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 Recognised certificate in Internal Auditing of Quality Systems or equivalent Relevant Tertiary education preferable in Science, Engineering, Logistics Strong report writing and presentation skills Exposure to and understanding training principles Ability to travel interstate as required At DSV, we believe diversity gives us a competitive edge and as such we value the diverse backgrounds and experiences that people bring to our business.
