Provide high quality general legal advice across complex project and commercial matters while partnering closely with internal clients to manage risk, support negotiations, resolve issues and improve business processes. You bring a proactive, solutions oriented approach that supports sound decision making, improved processes and successful project and organisational outcomes. You are recognised as a trusted legal advisor, skilled at translating complex legal and legislative issues into practical guidance, and experienced in general commercial law, construction law, administrative and statutory interpretation, and procurement, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
