We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Checkout Supervisor at our Spearwood store. Must be available on the weekends. This role offers up to 15 hours per week, with a mix of opening and closing shifts. Please note that shifts are not fixed and will vary according to business needs. Responsibilities Leading and supporting our friendly staff on check-outs. Ensuring transactions are processed quickly and efficiently. Managing rosters and budgets. Juggling multiple tasks at once, motivating others, and staying calm under pressure. Serving and building relationships with customers. Reporting to the store manager. Qualifications Previous experience in retail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with team members at all levels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physical environment. Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team.
