Working within a high-performing Property team, you will take ownership of national lease documentation across a large retail portfolio. The role will see you managing lease precedents, reviewing and negotiating lease documentation, and supporting the delivery of new store rollouts, renewals, relocations, and large-scale conversion projects. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment suited to someone who enjoys balancing commercial outcomes, governance, and operational delivery while working closely with Leasing, Store Development, and Finance teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain national retail lease precedents and documentation standards Review, negotiate, and finalise lease documentation across a national portfolio Support new store openings, renewals, relocations, variations, and conversion projects Drive lease transactions through to execution while ensuring accuracy and complianceWork closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless leasing outcomes Monitor critical lease milestones and proactively manage risks and bottlenecks Contribute to process improvement, governance, and scalable leasing frameworks Support the continued growth and transformation of the national property portfolio The Candidate Previous experience in retail leasing, property law, or lease administration Strong understanding of retail lease documentation and leasing processes Commercially minded with the ability to balance risk and business outcomes Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience within national retail portfolios or large-scale growth programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
