About the role The Availability Manager supports the delivery of availability through end-to-end inventory routines and ensures products are always available for customers to buy. You focus on embedding strong and consistent processes and routines, making our stores easy to shop with easy to find products that are well merchandised with clear value. What you’ll do You will focus on improving capability of your team through coaching and empowering. Engage and communicate with your team through change, explaining the why, not just the what. Plan the daily stockfill plan for all departments. Maintain accurate stock on hand information by ensuring inventory routines are executed. Ensure back of house routines and maintenance are in place so the area is tidy and safe. Receipt and dispatch of goods and loads. What you’ll bring We are looking for a purpose-led leader that ensures care and belonging are at the forefront of every decision that is made for the team, customer and community. You work with agility and are adaptable to change as we continue on our rapid transformational journey. You’ll use data & insights to drive decision making for Team, Customer and Performance metrics. You’ll have strong planning capability and the ability to embed structured processes and routine.
