THE ROLE Working closely with a Strata Manager, this role will include: Building and maintaining relationships with clients Engaging with committees either by email or phone Undertake general administration duties related to the portfolio Providing exceptional customer service Day-to-day client interaction and problem-solving Preparing budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes Issuing work orders and quotes Drafting and issuing breach of by-law letters and notices to comply Slowly building your own portfolio of clients around the local area YOU Must have experience within Strata industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with a great ‘can do’ attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A strong ability to multitask REWARDS On top of your base salary, you will be paid additional Schedule B charges, adding huge earning potential to your salary.
