Position: 1 x Site Manager, 1 x Project Manager Salary Range: Site Manager $100K - $120K, Project Manager $110 - $140K We are seeking experienced candidates to join an expanding Commercial Builder who is based in Melbourne and expanding into Bendigo with contracts already locked in. This company specialises in commercial buildings such as retirement villages, fire stations, schools etc.. new builds and extensions and renovations. They have two positions available for a Site Manager and Project Manager. Currently there arecontracts in place for a reno and extension at a retirement village and work at a School in Bendigo with future contracts to expand. A minimum of 2years working in a similar role and on projects valued over $5 million Contract and estimating experience is essential Comfortable reading and understanding drawings and plans Demonstrated knowledge of constructions, engineering and architecture principles is a must High level of experience managing on-site contractors day-to-day Strong team leadership and management skills A detailed understanding of build specifications and drawings Relevant qualifications and experience Trade background preferred Civil or Build experience is a must Recent experience as a Site Manager Site Management /Supervision of the project from set up to completion Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements Ensuring effective cost control and efficient running of the project Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors Project progress reporting to the Project Management Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program If this sounds like you please apply to Javiera #J-18808-Ljbffr
