Opportunity & Experience Required This role will lead sites and teams to deliver the Workforce Australia contract to clients and participants across a dedicated region in Melbourne, VIC. It involves strong leadership and the hands‑on management and promotion of the strategic and operational service delivery of the federal government contracted Workforce Australia contract. Proven experience working at regional management level within the Employment Services; may also consider Disability Employment, Vocational Rehabilitation, Allied Health or complementary sector experience. Multi‑site management experience, with the ability to manage teams on‑site and remotely. Leadership, people management, professional development and performance improvement experience. Stakeholder management, community engagement, relationship building and business development skills. The ability to work towards regular KPIs, financial targets and budgets. Keen organisational and communication skills. Additional Information The salary package for this role is made up of base salary plus superannuation and includes car allowance or company car.
