About the role As a Dash 8 First Officer, you will operate multi-crew regional services in accordance with company SOPs, support the Captain across all phases of flight, and uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. What you’ll do Execute safe and efficient Dash 8 operations under multi-crew coordination and CRM principles. Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections. Monitor aircraft systems, navigation, and communications; manage checklists and normal/abnormal procedures. Contribute to on-time performance while maintaining strict regulatory and company compliance. Champion safety reporting, threat and error management, and continuous improvement. Engage in recurrent training and checking to maintain currency and proficiency.
