About the role The Client Services Coordinator plays a key role in delivering responsive, professional client engagement for SSD at ChemCentre. Working closely with the Director SSD and Managers, the role involves managing client communication, coordinating quotes and work requests, and helping ensure projects and analyses progress smoothly from enquiry through to reporting. The position is suitable for someone with strong customer service and organisational skills who enjoys working in a technical environment and building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The successful applicant will assist clients by understanding their requirements, providing guidance on ChemCentre services, coordinating information between laboratory teams and customers, and helping deliver practical outcomes that align with ChemCentre’s analytical capabilities. You will also support the promotion of ChemCentre services through regular client contact, preparation of communication material and participation in client meetings, site visits and general service delivery activities. Qualifications Essential Criteria 1: Proven ability to apply technical knowledge of laboratory analyses and workflows in a commercial, client-focused environment. Essential Criteria 2: Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, translating client requirements into commercially and technically sound outcomes. Essential Criteria 3: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships, and influence practical outcomes through consultation, facilitation, and problem solving with internal and external stakeholders. Essential Criteria 5: Highly developed digital and information management skills, with the ability to manage client information and support efficient quoting, reporting, and service delivery. The remaining work‑related requirements (selection criteria) will be assessed at a later stage of the recruitment and selection process. Eligibility and benefits This position is permanent Full‑time. The position is located in Building 500, Resources and Chemistry Precinct, Manning Road, Bentley.
