We are looking for a Quality Manager who will support six aged‑care homes in the Newcastle area and lead quality compliance and governance initiatives. Location & Type Newcastle, NSW, Australia. Permanent full‑time position. Requires onsite work at aged‑care homes with flexibility to work from home. Travel to sites is required. Responsibilities Provide quality support and guidance to homes. Assist with serious incident investigations, complaint responses and onsite audits. Work on quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with health‑care standards. Collaborate closely with General Managers and key stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements Passion for aged‑care. Experience as a Quality Manager in aged‑care.
