The disputes practice is led by partners with elite top-tier experience and seeks an Associate or Junior Senior Associate to support a growing commercial litigation workload. Responsibilities Work on a diverse mix of high-quality disputes (80% broad commercial litigation; 10–20% insolvency). Handle matters spanning corporate, commercial, IP, construction, property, and competition/consumer law. Be involved in cases ranging from mid-sized disputes to large-scale litigation, including several significant current matters. Collaborate directly with partners who have top-tier and international experience. Team & Practice The firm operates with a team of 10 disputes lawyers and a dedicated admin support across the wider firm. Clients include ASX-listed corporations, private equity firms, SMEs and founders, government entities and not-for-profits, in industries such as technology, manufacturing, agriculture, digital innovation, property and mining.
