Key Responsibilities Community‑Focused Caseload: Manage a moderate caseload of participants with complex needs, providing tailored assessments, interventions, and therapy plans to support their independence and quality of life. Empowering Participants: Work directly with participants, families, and carers to develop meaningful outcomes that enhance daily living and community engagement. Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and support the Occupational Therapy team, including junior clinicians, to ensure high‑quality services for our community. Service Innovation: Lead initiatives that improve therapy services, including research, quality assurance, and service planning. NDIS Awareness: Stay up‑to‑date with NDIS changes and ensure the team is informed and compliant. About You Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration. 2+ years of clinical experience (NDIS experience highly regarded). Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads and provide guidance to team members. Exceptional communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
