This pivotal leadership role involves driving excellence in community‑based participant care, team development, and service innovation. Key Responsibilities Community‑Focused Caseload: Manage a moderate caseload of participants with complex needs, providing tailored assessments, interventions, and therapy plans to support their independence and quality of life. Empowering Participants: Work directly with participants, families, and carers to develop meaningful outcomes that enhance daily living and community engagement. Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and support the Occupational Therapy team, including junior clinicians, to ensure high‑quality services for our community. Service Innovation: Lead initiatives that improve therapy services, including research, quality assurance, and service planning. NDIS Awareness: Stay up‑to‑date with NDIS changes and ensure the team is informed and compliant. About You Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration. 2+ years of clinical experience (NDIS experience highly regarded). Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
