Qualifications Degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing. 3+ years post‑graduate, with broad experience in general/community nursing. Current Registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations. Genuine interest in working in the community and with the aged population (experience an advantage). Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach. Strong experience in wound and catheter care, and chronic disease management. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with families and other clinicians. Australian driver’s licence. Responsibilities Provide services such as complex wound care, catheters (IDC/SPC male and female), stoma and continence management, 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and willing to work Friday), expected to travel from Far‑Noarlunga/Hackham and up to the City and Western Suburbs. Apply advanced clinical assessment skills for chronic disease management. Administer medications and injections. Perform an optimum standard of nursing care to our clients. Use your exceptional clinical assessment, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills and abilities to provide an optimum standard of care to our clients. Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience. Competent in catheter care (IDC/SPC – male and female). Continence management. Complex wound care. Desirable Requirements Experience in stoma care.
