Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Technical Leads, influencing a wider community of engineers across multiple squads. Establish and uphold engineering standards, ensuring architectural consistency and technical quality across platforms. Define and execute technical strategy that supports brand autonomy and enables faster, decoupled releases and improved speed to value. Champion engineering culture through Dev Guilds, capability uplift, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Influence the tech platform roadmap, aligning engineering initiatives with business goals and modern delivery practices. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, maintainable, and customer-centric digital solutions. About You Proven experience leading engineering teams in complex, multi-brand digital environments. Strong technical foundation in modern web technologies and cloud-native architectures. Experience with platform thinking, federated delivery models, and enabling autonomy at scale. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.
