The Role Due to growth of our Adelaide Property team, we are seeking a Junior Lawyer (0-3 years' PQE) to work alongside a highly regarded, respected, and experienced Partner and Special Counsel and their broader team, who have been working together for over 10 years. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner to work with some of the best property lawyers and clients in the country. The role offers a mix of highly quality work across a broad range of asset classes. You will work across market-leading: Commercial, retail and industrial leasing for large national institutional landlords and major leases and agreements for lease Capital transactions, including fund through acquisitions and divestments of land and portfolio sales Real estate projects, including complex development, joint ventures and land facilitation agreements Retirement living and aged-care portfolios Commercial and residential conveyancing, including off-the-plan sales contracts for torrens and community title land divisions and master planned communities General property advisory work Who We Are Looking For The successful candidate will have the following: Between 0-3 years’ PQE in a reputable property or real estate practice. Candidates with relevant in‑house experience will also be considered Strong foundational legal research, technical drafting skills, and excellent attention to detail Confidence managing allocated tasks, progressing matters efficiently, and meeting deadlines with appropriate supervision Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues in a practical way The ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team environment A proactive mindset and a commercially aware approach to problem‑solving Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced practice What We Offer We take a collaborative approach to your learning & development, giving you the personal attention and unique opportunities required to help you realise your full potential.
