Key Responsibilities & Requirements Lead discovery activities for records and privacy disposal capabilities across the ADAPT and Operational Data Warehouse (ODW). Define and manage business rules, functional and non‑functional requirements, and data requirements (including large and complex datasets) in line with Westpac Transformation Delivery standards, working collaboratively with Architecture, Data Platforms (Operations and Governance), Privacy, Records Management and BCM teams Apply data analysis capability, including an understanding of database structures, relationships between data tables, and the use of metadata (for example, record age, type and ownership), to support records and privacy analysis and disposal outcomes. Coordinate closely with Solution Architects to support the development of Architecture Impact Assessments (AIA) and Architecture Change Document (ACD), ensuring requirements, assumptions and constraints are clearly defined and agreed. Provide ongoing input to solution design and delivery activities led by Data Platforms teams to ensure implemented solutions align with approved requirements and ERMP disposal objectives. Demonstrate proven experience in the end‑to‑end implementation of technical capabilities for data‑driven regulatory or risk initiatives within a banking environment. Coordinate delivery and handover artefacts, including Technical Support Handbooks, and manage transition activities with BAU teams, Service Operations Management (SOM), and Application Support Management (ASM). #J-18808-Ljbffr
