About You You are a commercially sharp, people-first retail leader who knows how to build performance cultures and get results. You have operated at pace, managed meaningful P&L responsibility, and led teams through both challenge and growth. You understand luxury — or premium retail at the highest level — and you bring genuine conviction to everything you do. You will bring: Proven experience in a Store Manager, Store Director or equivalent leadership role within luxury or premium retail, leading a multi-million-dollar business or category. A strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to make clear decisions from complex data. Exceptional leadership presence — the ability to inspire, influence, and hold a team to a high standard with authenticity.
