A leading infrastructure advisory firm is seeking an Associate Director – Infrastructure Transactions (Commercial) to lead the commercial strategy, structuring, valuation, and execution of major infrastructure transactions, with a strong public‑sector focus. This is a senior, transaction‑led role working closely with government clients, supporting projects from approved investment decisions through to commercial and financial close.
