The role will require presence performing administrative tasks such as transport documentation, data entry, client services and general administrative duties. Key responsibilities and standards: Provide outstanding levels of administrative support to senior members of the company. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide accurate, current and relevant information in response to customer inquiries. Have a high level understanding of clerical duties. Previous experience in Transport and Logistics an advantage but not essential. Present oneself in a positive and professional manner at all times. Aim to build strong and positive business relationships with customers and end users. Facilitate a prompt and accurate flow of policy, product and technical information both within the company and externally to our customers and end users. Possess a suitable amount of product knowledge to satisfy sales or service calls via telephone or web enquiries. Co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player. Share information by keeping people informed and up-to-date about the group processes.
